The Shift/Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is designed as a launchpad for a leadership career, focusing on developing operational skills and foundational leadership abilities over a 16-week training period. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced customer service environments, and are eager to begin their leadership journey. The program aims to build confidence, judgment, and business acumen, with a clear path towards the Operations Lead role and potentially Assistant General Manager.
