About The Position

The Shift Leader will lead a shift through hospitality, coaching and developing Team Members in a positive way, and ensuring a fun work environment. This role involves leading by example in product quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. The Shift Leader will also be responsible for utilizing and maintaining operational documents, proper sanitation standards, and rewarding good behaviors.

Requirements

Flexible schedule expected including nights and weekends
Willingness to be hands-on
Strong communication skills
Ability to work cohesively in a team environment as well as perform job functions
