About The Position
Shift Leaders are the protectors of our Chick-fil-A Brand. You will help create and maintain the culture and systems that allow Chick-fil-A Ramsey Street to be successful. Shift leaders support processes associated with our people and are vital to the culture we want to sustain--from disciplinary action to development and coaching of future leaders. You will cast a vision for our team that helps us act as the world's most caring company through executing genuine hospitality, providing fast and accurate service, serving great food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The primary areas of influence for a Shift Leader are coaching and developing Team Members, running shifts while maintaining standards of performance, identifying potential areas for business improvement, and working towards solutions with other members of the leadership team. Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow correct training procedures.
- Speed and Urgency with a positive attitude
- Problem solver with ability to lead
- Weekend availability
- 30 hour a week availability
- Day and/or night shift flexibility
- Prior experience preferred
