Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handler’s permit (or willing to get one)
• Willing to complete Shift Leader training
• Able to lift 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and handle a fast-paced kitchen
• Comfortable with changing priorities and unexpected challenges
• People who stay cool under pressure and can multitask like a champ
• A sharp eye for detail — nothing gets past you
• Great communicators who are friendly, direct, and honest
• Natural-born problem solvers who aren’t afraid of a little hustle
• Ready to lead with compassion, confidence, and a sense of humor
