About The Position

This role involves running the floor smoothly and efficiently with a strong focus on service. The Shift Leader will keep the team synchronized, foster a positive team environment, and actively participate in serving guests, problem-solving, and leading by example. Responsibilities include training new hires, conducting pre-shift huddles, and acting as a liaison between the front and back of house. The Shift Leader will also support leadership in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years in food service.
• Lead or key-holder experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to motivate, solve problems, and ensure tasks are done correctly the first time.
• Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and maintaining morale.
