About The Position

This role is for a Shift Leader at Store 2759, located at 1415 W Irving Park Rd. The general description applies to all Assistant Managers. The role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and daily cleaning. Training is provided on the job. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers, processing orders, and using the touch screen computer system. Essential functions include accurate basic math skills for transactions and change, motor coordination for precise movements, and computer/touch screen proficiency. We are looking for individuals who are clean-cut, personable, outgoing, energetic, dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, responsible, quick learners, and self-motivated. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person on our touch screen computer system.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
