You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’.

Requirements

Able to fluently speak/read English
18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)
Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
Passion for results by building teams
