About The Position

Red Robin Robson is hiring Shift Leaders. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the team, keep operations running smoothly, and help drive a strong guest experience. If you lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and know how to keep a team moving, this is a strong next step. This role can be combined with serving or kitchen shifts for additional earning potential. It is a great fit for strong team members ready to step into leadership while continuing to maximize earnings. This role is a direct stepping stone to Assistant Manager, as the company promotes from within.

Requirements

• You lead by example and stay composed under pressure
• You’re reliable, accountable, and take ownership of your shifts
• You can coach others and communicate clearly
• You understand restaurant operations (FOH or BOH experience)
• Previous leadership experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support day-to-day restaurant operations
• Keep service, kitchen, and overall flow running smoothly
• Coach and support team members during shifts
• Handle guest concerns and problem-solve in real time
• Maintain standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

Benefits

• $19.00–$21.00/hour base pay
• $4–$5/hour average tip-outs (total ~$23–$26/hr)
