About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Shift Leader position. The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, customer relations, scheduling, product ordering, team member training, and hiring. This position requires setting a strong example, adhering strictly to all policies and procedures, and ensuring the crew does the same. A profit-sharing bonus is available for Shift Leaders who effectively control costs within set goals.
Requirements
- At least 18 years or older.
- Must be responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant.
- Must set the example.
- Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

- 1 year of restaurant management experience.
