About The Position

The Shift Leader is responsible for everything that happens during their shift at a Domino’s Pizza franchise. The role oversees cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations, while setting an example for the crew and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed consistently. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A criminal background check is required.
• Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and activities during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations.
