About The Position

Domino's in Bountiful, owned and operated by AG3, Inc., is seeking a Shift Leader. This is a high positive energy position focused on supervising shifts and/or work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service, ultimately contributing to restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. The role involves supervising a restaurant team, maintaining staffing levels, training team members, ensuring compliance with uniform standards, and coaching for performance. A key aspect is building an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service.

Requirements

  • Understand a Team Based environment involves being able to coach and be coached.
  • Create and maintain perfect product and store image.
  • Have a Valid Food Handler Permit.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Having experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, properly train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improved performance.
  • Ensure team is quality and customer focused and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
  • Safely interact with customers at the store.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer information in a responsible manner.
  • Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
  • Professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues.
  • Solicit customer feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.
  • Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members by utilizing all available tools.
  • Execute cash management duties.
  • Assist in the management of adequate inventory levels to minimize loss.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Prepare product.
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
