About The Position

Tioga Downs is hiring a Shift Leader to join our growing Dunkin' team. This role is responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests, communicating shift priorities, supporting team member training, and ensuring Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed. The Shift Leader must maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, manage cash, and ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous Food Service experience highly preferred
• Experience training, coaching, or leading small groups is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
