You will lead the shift from start to finish, support team members, maintain high standards of food and hospitality, and help create a positive environment for guests and staff. We need a reliable leader who can step in, make decisions, and keep things moving.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant leadership or shift supervisor experience
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Flexibility with scheduling in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Running the shift and directing the team during peak hours
• Supporting both kitchen and front-of-house as needed
• Ensuring food quality, speed, and guest experience stay consistent
• Handling opening or closing duties and daily operational tasks
