About The Position

Slim Chickens is a fast-growing brand known for its hand-made food and focus on employee growth. The Shift Leader role offers experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions, preparing individuals to fill any role as needed. After training, employees are placed in roles that best suit their skills and the restaurant's needs. Key positions include Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, Expeditor (Expo), Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. This role provides a growth path in the fast-casual restaurant industry within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Scholarships are available.
