About The Position
A Shift Leader supports management by running smooth shifts, enforcing company standards, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Applications go directly to the franchisee, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee’s management.
Requirements
- High school diploma; college preferred.
- At least 1 year of food service experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support staff during shifts.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Assign tasks and prepare the team for each shift.
- Handle customer concerns and solve problems quickly.
- Assist in all restaurant roles when needed.
- Communicate shift results and issues to management.
