About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for what happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew and follows all company policies and procedures while expecting the same of team members. Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens during the shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Handle customer relations.

- Follow all policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same.
