About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew, follows all company policies and procedures, and expects the crew to do the same. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization. Pay is $21.50–$24.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations.
