About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader in our Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fast food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations efficiently. Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant management
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Knowledge of food service management practices

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and participate in food preparation and service
• Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers
• Conduct inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Coordinate catering orders
• Conduct shift management, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly
