About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift and help the team deliver excellent customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization. The Shift Leader is responsible for shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They set an example for the crew and follow company policies and procedures while expecting the same from team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the shift.
