About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift and help provide excellent pizza delivery service. The role is described as a fast-paced leadership opportunity in a fun, flexible workplace, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization. The Shift Leader is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The leader must set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the crew to do the same. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Handle customer relations.
- Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures.
- Ensure crew members follow all policies and procedures.
