About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew and follows all company policies and procedures, while expecting the same from team members. The role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
