About The Position
Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Shift Leaders. In this role, you will be trained on all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction through leadership in cooking, cleaning, and guest interaction. The company prides itself on customer service, cleanliness, and serving fresh, quality food. The work environment is fast-paced, clean, and cook-to-order, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. Crew members become proficient in all restaurant positions, from register to grill to prep and closing duties. Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old.
- High school diploma.
- Some experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the satisfaction of all guests through leadership.

- Working every position in the restaurant, including the register, grill, morning prep, and evening close.
