About The Position
Taco John's of Iowa is seeking motivated candidates for a Shift Leader position to join their quick-service restaurant team. This role is crucial to the success of the restaurant, ensuring customers receive excellent service and that food quality, safety, and cost are managed effectively. The Shift Leader will also handle cash transactions, work collaboratively with the team, and address customer concerns.
