Requirements

• Shift Leader experience in a Fast Food Restaurant or similar.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Food Handlers permit.
• A great attitude and willingness to provide our guests with great food and a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment.
• Support opening and closing restaurants and be accountable for running a great shift.
• Teach, mentor, and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices.
• Communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise before and after Managers are on site.
• Lead by example!
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and restaurant safety and security.
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Serve great food to our guests while making a difference in the world!
