The purpose of this position is to provide additional support to the management Team and allow for additional coverage during peak periods, or in the absence of a Manager. This role involves ensuring excellent guest experiences, leading team member performance, and supporting both Front of House and Heart of House operations. The Shift Leader is responsible for various administrative, operational, and guest relations tasks to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant during their shift.
