About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is suited to someone who can lead by example, use judgment and math skills, multitask, and help the team deliver strong customer service. Domino’s describes the position as an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization. The Shift Leader is responsible for what happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The leader must follow all company policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same. A criminal background check is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Handle customer relations.
- Set an example for the crew and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
