Requirements
- 18+ REQUIRED
- Open availability
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Leadership mindset with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable coaching teammates and holding Jersey Mike's standards
- Strong guest service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations
- Coach and motivate team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest interaction
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Handle cash and assist with opening/closing duties
- Help drive speed, accuracy, and team accountability
- Set the tone for energy, teamwork, and hospitality
