About The Position
Welcome to Islands to Salt Lake LLC doing business as Domino's! Our franchise has grown from the islands of Hawai'i to Salt Lake, UT. For our continued growth, we need our team to grow, offering paths from cashiers to assistants, assistants to General Managers, and General Managers to Supervisors or even Franchisees. This position is for future managers, specifically a Shift Lead, which is a stepping stone to becoming an Assistant Manager. You will be the second in command of a million-dollar business, with the opportunity to grow into THE boss. It's a demanding role requiring judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment and valuable experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You will oversee all aspects of the store, and training will be provided for leading people and making pizzas. You may be asked to help at other nearby locations. The position requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You are accountable for all store operations, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and are responsible for ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You must lead by example and adhere to all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
- Judgment

- Ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example
- Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
- Be accountable for everything that happens within your store (People, Operations, Sales, or Profits)
- Help at other locations near to your chosen location (if asked)
