About The Position

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino's, is seeking a Shift Lead for their Salt Lake, UT location. This role is designed for individuals with leadership potential, with a clear path for advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, Supervisor, or even Franchisee. The Shift Lead is expected to be the "second in command of a million-dollar business," requiring strong judgment, leadership, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask. It is a full-time, hourly position with available overtime. The company provides training for those new to management or pizza making. The role involves overseeing all store operations, including people, sales, and profits, and ensuring team safety, training, and culture. The Shift Lead must lead by example and adhere to all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from their team. The position typically requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends, and may involve assisting at nearby locations.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Good driving record
Great positive attitude
High Energy
Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
High School diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
