About The Position

Welcome to Islands to Salt Lake LLC doing business as Domino's! Our franchise has grown from the islands of Hawai'i to Salt Lake, and we are looking for future managers. This role is an opportunity to become a boss, specifically an Assistant Manager, overseeing all aspects of a million-dollar business. The company encourages growth, with paths from cashiers to General Managers, Supervisors, or even Franchisees. The position requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. It's a full-time, hourly position with overtime available, requiring work 5+ days per week, mostly weekends, and potentially at other nearby locations. Training is provided for those without prior management or pizza-making experience. The successful candidate will be accountable for everything within their store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, ensuring the safety, training, and culture of the team, and leading by example while adhering to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Good driving record
Great positive attitude
High Energy
Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
High School diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
