About The Position

Welcome to Islands to Salt Lake LLC doing business as Domino's! Our franchise has grown from the islands of Hawai'i to Salt Lake and is looking for team members to grow into management roles. This position is for future managers, specifically a Shift Lead, with the potential to become an Assistant Manager, and eventually a General Manager, Supervisor, or even a Franchisee. The role involves being the second in command of a million-dollar business. It requires skills in judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment and valuable work experience. The Shift Lead will oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. Training will be provided for those without prior management or pizza-making experience. The position is full-time, hourly, with overtime available, and requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends. The Shift Lead is accountable for everything within their store, ensuring the safety, training, and culture of their team, and must lead by example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time. There may be a requirement to help at other nearby locations.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Good driving record
Great positive attitude
High Energy
Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
High School diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the store
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
Lead by example
Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
Accountable for everything that happens within your store (People, Operations, Sales, or Profits)
Help at other locations near to your chosen location (if asked)
