About The Position

Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar. NADC Burger is looking for the next Shift Lead to provide support to our teams. This is a non-exempt supervisory position. Shift Lead functions include assisting with inventory control, beverage, and food waste control. Additional duties include training team members, food safety and organizing the shift during slow and busy periods. This position is responsible for working with leadership for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff. Requirements

• 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience required
• Food Handler is required
• Knowledge of restaurant prep and cooking methods
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
