About The Position

Burrachos is a family-owned, fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, Mexican food with a focus on hospitality. We are looking for a Shift Lead who brings steady leadership, a positive attitude, and an appreciation for good food. This role is responsible for supporting the team, keeping the energy upbeat and welcoming, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The Shift Lead will encourage great service, lend a hand where needed, and act as a bridge between teamwork and leadership, lifting others up and leading by example.

Requirements

• Excellent communication
• Dependability
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 3 months of experience working in a restaurant/ customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders
• Prep/cook food when needed
• Enter customer sales, accept payments, and provide change when needed
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Engage with customers
• Answer customer questions
• Lead and help train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events
