About The Position

Burrito Bros. is opening a new location in Utah and is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to help launch this fast-casual burrito and bowl concept. • Leadership Skills: Friendly, motivational, and able to guide a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring team members, including Cashiers and Food Prep staff
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
• Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, food prep, and store cleanliness
• Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately
• Upholding food safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goals
