About The Position

Welcome to Islands to Salt Lake LLC doing business as Domino's! Owned and operating in Salt Lake UT, this franchise has grown from Hawai'i to Salt Lake. For continued growth, the company needs its team to grow, offering paths from Cashiers to Assistant Managers, General Managers, Supervisors, or even Franchisees. This full-time, hourly position is for a Shift Lead, also referred to as an Assistant Manager, who will be the second in command of a million-dollar business with the potential to grow into a General Manager. The role requires natural leadership, judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment and provides training for those new to management or pizza making. Overtime is available, and the position may require helping at other nearby locations.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Good driving record
Great positive attitude
High Energy
Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
High School diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
