The purpose of this position is to provide additional support to the management Team and allow for additional coverage during peak periods, or in the absence of a Manager. This role involves leading and coaching Team Members, positively impacting sales and profits, and supporting both Front of House and Heart of House Teams. The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, performing various administrative tasks, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining excellent guest and team member relations.
