About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Lead to help run store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for what happens on shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Lead sets an example for the crew and is expected to follow all company policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same.
