About The Position

As a Taco Bell Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
  • Previous food service or retail experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and support a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and support team members during shifts
  • Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and resolve issues as needed
  • Help ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
  • Monitor shift flow and assist with handling issues as they arise
  • Support training and coaching of team members
  • Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations
