About The Position

Shift Leads run a shift, but do not have authority over other employees. The Shift Lead’s job is to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and to confirm that operational standards are maintained at all times during their shift. This role offers significant opportunities for full-time employment and advancement for dedicated, hardworking team members. Many of our store and corporate leaders began their careers as Delivery Drivers or In-Shop employees. Requirements

Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Current automobile insurance.
A clean driving record.

Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.
Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
