About The Position
Terzo is a logistics company specializing in the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. They are seeking a Shift Lead to guide the execution of the daily production plan, ensuring adherence to safety, security, productivity, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- Adhere to quality criteria.
- Comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
- Visually inspect and audit pallets and determine rework needed.
- Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
- Communicate with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
