Shift Lead- Sales and Customer Service
About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, dependable leader to create an outstanding customer experience while helping support the day-to-day operation of our express car wash. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading by example. As a Team Lead, you'll welcome customers, assist them in selecting wash packages and membership options, process transactions, support wash operations, and help ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied with their experience. Opportunity for advancement into Assistant Manager and Management roles for top performers.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and making recommendations
- Must be able to be on your feet most of shift
- Must be able to work outdoors
