About The Position

Sud Stop Car Wash is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to join their team in Clermont, FL. This role involves leading and motivating a team, ensuring excellent customer service, training team members, handling customer feedback, monitoring operations, and promoting memberships and services to meet sales goals. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred, along with customer service/sales experience and strong communication skills. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary. Car wash experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
• Weekend and holiday availability

• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
• Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
