About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up. It is a proven path into store management, where you will run the shift when the GM is off the clock. You will keep service fast, accurate, and friendly, oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep, route deliveries and keep drivers moving, and own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift. You will also keep operational standards on point from start to finish. Note: Shift Leads run the shift but don't have supervisory authority (hiring, discipline) over other employees — that stays with management.

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Able to work the late-night shift from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM on a regular basis
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Comfortable on your feet all shift — bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume environment
