The Shift Lead is responsible for organizing shift schedules, assigning duties, training team members, handling customer issues, managing conflicts, adhering to company policies, and managing cash drawers. This role involves opening and closing the restaurant, understanding various positions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Shift Lead will also oversee food safety, facilities, and support the orientation and training of Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) team members. This position assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
