About The Position

Securitas is hiring immediately for TWO FULL-TIME Shift Lead Security Officers to keep our clients site safe in Nashua, NH! The Shift Lead Security Officer supervises and motivates team members, leading by example to go above and beyond in supporting the safety of our clients through Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness! The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Strong customer service skills and professionalism
Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations
Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a security role
Ability to obtain NH Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee)
Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record
At least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

Experience in supervisory roles preferred
Experience in customer service roles preferred

Responsibilities

Walking/standing for long periods of time.
Willingness to be outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes.
Operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols.
Riding a bicycle.
