Responsibilities

  • System and Asset Management: Lead as Asset owner for Cooling System, pumps, cooling towers, CDU, Tanks, Piping, valve and connectors, Fans. Monitor critical power feeder parameters such as temperature, humidity and COC of cooling tower. Manage water and energy consumption. Provide maintenance strategy and its implementation
  • Technical Leadership: Leader for mechanical system engineering, projects including system upgrades, expansion planning, and integration of new technologies. Design control strategies for cooling optimization, energy management, and load balancing. Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate emergency response procedures. Conduct and collaborate with all technical team for complete investigation for any anomaly, technical and SLA breach. Manage vendor for maintenance task
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities. Implement predictive maintenance programs and trending analysis. Optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE) metrics.
  • Team Management: Asist supervision of Shift Facility engineers and coordinate with facilities, IT, and engineering teams. Manage vendor relationships for system maintenance, upgrades, and support contracts. Provide technical training and mentorship to team engineers and staff.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and change management protocols. Generate performance reports and compliance documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement Project : Take a lead in the Electrical Improvement Project to ensure safety, security and availability in in DC Facilities
