About The Position

We are looking for a hair stylist who has shampoo, blow-dry and amazing hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes! This role also involves supervising shop staff on any given shift assigned, including Bartenders & Stylists. You will lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld. Team lead responsibilities include assigning clients to stylists, delegating tasks to bartenders and stylists, and executing meal period and break schedules. You will also monitor shop inventory, regularly check back bar and retail supplies, and place orders when needed. Training new bartenders on using Booker and Drybar’s 10 core values is also part of the role, ensuring stylists complete blowouts in under 45 minutes. A desire to provide exceptional service to both clients and staff, implement problem-solving strategies, and maintain awareness is crucial. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service are essential. You will ensure all company procedures, policies, and regulations are followed, including timekeeping policies and supervisor policy addendums. Reporting all time worked for yourself and others in a timely fashion is required.

Requirements

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Shampoo, blow-dry and amazing hair styling & finishing skills.
• Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes!
• Strong communication skills and a commitment and dedication to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop staff on any given shift assigned: Bartenders & Stylist.

• Ensure all Drybar’s timekeeping policy and supervisor policy addendum.
• Responsible for reporting all time worked for self and others in a timely fashion.
