In this Shift Lead role, you will support baristas with drink preparation, manage the POS system, demonstrate excellent customer service, handle customer feedback, and uphold company values. You will also assist managers in assigning tasks, delegation of duties, and opening/closing procedures. Additionally, you will support the team in delivering high-quality customer service, coaching baristas through On-Job-Training, and practicing a high standard for hospitality. You will also assist in addressing customer complaints and de-escalation solutions. While not responsible for creating schedules, you may need to aid with call-off coverage. You will have some awareness of sales performance, assist in marketing and promotion activities, and ensure store inventory is arranged and managed properly, including forecasting usage and supporting with ordering and receiving.
