About The Position

Tommy’s Express Holdings (TXH) is seeking Sales Associates for its car wash franchise locations in southwest Florida. These associates will provide excellent guest service and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. The Shift Lead will support the Assistant General Manager and General Manager by being the lead on-site and mentoring teammates.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
Prior sales experience preferred
Must possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
Collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Highest level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal
Excellent attention to detail
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Have a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely, professional manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
Ability to use a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet.

Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper guest service.
Build productive trust relationships with guests.
