About The Position

The Shift Lead 2 provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to help ensure the store operates at optimal performance. The role includes assisting customers with pool and spa care needs, completing sales transactions, maintaining the store environment, supporting merchandising and inventory control, and performing opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.
• Support the General Manager in retail operations to help ensure optimal store performance.
